I built this for my wife. She’s a rough sleeper and her brain does that thing where it replays the whole day and then starts scheduling tomorrow at 1am. I went looking for something that wasn’t a giant content library and stumbled into cognitive shuffling: random neutral words, you picture each one for a moment, then you move on. It sounds almost too simple, but it breaks the spiral for her on bad nights.
