I'm Yusuke, founder of Renue. We've been working with manufacturers — industrial motor makers, sports footwear brands, civil engineering firms — and they all hit the same wall: turning legacy 2D drawings into editable 3D CAD takes 1–2 weeks of CAD operator time, and the operators are scarce.
Most "AI 2D-to-3D" tools generate the model once and let humans patch the rest. Drawing Agent does it differently:
🔁 It writes CadQuery / build123d Python code, renders the result from 8 angles plus cross-sections, then asks Gemini to compare every render against your original drawing. If the quality score is below threshold, the AI rewrites its own code. Up to 10 iterations — until it converges.
🧱 What you get out is a B-Rep solid (STEP / STL / GLB) that opens natively in SolidWorks, Fusion, and Inventor, with millimetre-accurate dimensions on every edge. The Python source is delivered alongside, so the model is auditable and re-runnable.
🟧 Multi-part assemblies are split per-part, with mate hints. Low-confidence picks are highlighted in orange so reviewers know exactly where to look — engineering review time drops by ~80%.
