Great to meet y'all! I built Dowyn because every productivity app I tried either felt like homework or stopped mattering after day three. I wanted something where progress felt visible and alive, where finishing your tasks meant something you could actually see grow.
So I made a monster-taming app instead! Your tasks hatch creatures. Your streaks evolve them. Your consistency unlocks gym battles. The team you build is a direct reflection of the work you've actually put in.

This started as a personal side project, built solo on nights and weekends using Claude Code. It's iOS-only right now and Android is on the radar. I'm not a lifelong Swift developer, so shipping this has been a genuine crash course in what AI-assisted development actually feels like from the inside.
