I'm Phuong β a product designer from Vietnam. I built
Dose Diary because of two people I love.
My wife has kidney disease. She takes multiple
medications daily, each with different cycles and
timing that change every few months. I'm also managing
my own hormone therapy. We tried every medication app
out there β none of them handled real complexity.
Not "every 3 days" schedules. Not the full history of
every cycle change we've made over the years. That
history matters more than people think β when your
wife's Tacrolimus dose changes for the third time, you
need to know exactly when, what, and why.
So I built one.
The feature I'm most proud of: point your camera at
any prescription β the on-device AI reads the
medication names, dosages, and schedule β creates your
full regimen in 3 seconds. No internet. No account. No
data leaves your phone. Ever.
