Doneas helps solo builders stay focused, accountable, and productive. Plan your week every Monday, join a 15-minute daily accountability call with five other builders, and track everything you ship on your public progress page. Plan less. Focus better. Ship more.
Going inactive after 3 missed days in a row is a fair way to keep circles from going stale. Do most people hold the same call time for weeks, or move around?
@amraniyasser@bengeekly Most productivity tools help you plan, but having the same people notice whether you actually shipped gives those plans some teeth.
Friend and partner of the founder here ! I watched this idea grow out of how we organized our own weeks and kept each other accountable. Happy to see it become Doneas.
Great product, how did you exactly came up with the idea though? Did you or someone you knew faced this problem?
I’m a member of Doneas and really loving it so far. Planning to join the calls soon =)
Just a couple of questions: is it necessary to join calls every day, or can you schedule calls whenever you want?
And how are the groups created? How do the 5 people arrange a call - is it random, or is there some kind of matching system?
This is that tool that will make me to call to other people? :D I am a bit afraid that I am too introverted for that :DD
I was part of the early daily meetings and it was super helpful to be around other builders and be pushed to build everyday even I didn't feel like it.
And the fact that now with @Doneas there will be more organization and an actual platform that pushes to build more and do more things is GREAT !
@Doneas How does Doneas help agency owners stay accountable and manage weekly goals while handling multiple clients projects?
Keeping the same circle through travel sounds like the interesting test here. I would want a simple way to agree a new call time when someone’s time zone changes.
I can definitely relate to this problem sine becoming a solo founder. I've tried AI agents to achieve the same, but I think the solutions is definitely commitments with other humans. Great idea.
Congrats on the launch, Doneas team! 🎉
Yesterday I joined my first Doneas call. Before that, we only knew each other from messages, so it was really nice to finally meet and introduce ourselves. Then we each shared what we did yesterday and what we plan to do today. It was great to hear how other founders spent their day, and to share my own tasks and challenges.
I really like the project, and the first call was great. I’m planning to keep going. Good luck with the launch!
Will definitely subscribe and get my fully remote team on board with! 😄

Love the concept. Congrats on the launch!
Congrats on the launch! I have been using doneas consistently ever since working closely with Amine, and it has boosted my productivity to levels I did not know I was capable of before. Genuinely recommend using it if you're struggling with staying consistent! because god knows it helped me the past few weeks :) One question I do have for the makers, though, is do you imagine in the future adding a sort of coefficient of productivity ? Like a task done by a person who has been consistently productive over weeks would be worth more than a task done by a person that is inconsistent ? I think this would encourage more consistency and reward the people showing up everyday on the leaderboard!
@bengeekly@rania_rimali Taking a shot at solving productivity is a bold bet, especially for solo founders who often struggle with the compounded challenges of staying focused, prioritizing, and actually shipping!
I really like the accountability angle here. How do you make sure people consistently show up for their daily calls? And what does a typical session look like in practice?
How do the daily calls actually work? Do we just talk about our tasks?
Hey Product Hunt!
I run a digital marketing agency, so my weeks fill up quickly with client projects, follow-ups and ideas for growing the business. I've always struggled with staying organized, and being busy doesn't necessarily mean I'm getting the right things done
Doneas has really changed how I approach my work, my tasks and my goals. Planning my week and breaking it down into daily tasks helps me focus on what I can realistically get done, instead of writing a huge list and hoping I'll somehow get through it. I'm achieving much more than I used to!!!!
I also really appreciate the daily accountability calls with other founders. You get to know what everyone is working on and develop a special bond through showing up for each other. That human connection is a big part of what makes Doneas valuable to me.
Really happy to be part of this journey and excited for more people to try it :)
I collaborated with @bengeekly on different projects before joining the Doneas team. When he started building it, I was happy to join and help grow the community.
I've always struggled with staying organized. I used to switch from one task to another and procrastinate a lot. Doneas has helped me plan my weeks and days, and actually finish my tasks.
I particularly appreciate the daily accountability calls with other founders. We talk about what we're working on, share our problems, and help each other out. Sometimes someone has already dealt with the same issue and has tips or advice that really help.
Really happy to be part of the team! 🚀
