En créant ce produit, mon but était de simplifier la gestion locative, notamment par rapport aux documents qu'on nous donne, suivre nos dépenses, choisir une stratégie financier, voir sa rentabilité, pouvoir exporter ces informations pour avoir une version papier...
Lorsqu'on se lance dans la location, en tant que locataire ou propriétaire, on est soumis à énormément d'information, beaucoup de suivie de nos finances...
Domivio a justement vocation à centraliser tout cela et simplifier ces taches, sans devoir payer un consultant ou autre.
Les autres produits, qui s'en rapproche, ne sont jamais accessible directement. Il faut soit demander une démonstration à une certaine heure ou il faut appeler une personne pour pouvoir utiliser ces produits. Face à cela, Domivio met venu en tête.
