Create HMRC-ready dividend vouchers directly from Xero. Your one stop solution as a Xero UK user to generate HMRC compliant dividend vouchers along with required documentation such as board meeting minutes. Preview and post dividends from the app UI. The app will create SPEND transactions with the documents attached for each shareholder in Xero along with emailing the documents to each shareholder for their safe keeping. Future expansion planned to also support Quickbooks in the UK.
We run our own digital agency and suffered from this problem first hand. Paying ourselves regular dividends, and having to create dividend vouchers manually in Word and excel docs.
So we thought, what if we could create a solution that helps us generate this for all shareholders, and post it to Xero! That way we have all documents required if HMRC or our accountant needing it, and there's no manual work to generate this.
Easy as a one time setup by linking your account with Xero, basic config of your shareholders and document settings. Then you just simply go to create voucher, type in the amount, sign the document and click generate!
We also support preview of document before generating, and a simple delete function to undo a voucher you've created by mistake.
If you're behind on documentation, we have a handy function which allow you to create vouchers based on transactions already done in Xero.
We also support UK accountants using Xero by allowing them to set up all their customers and offer dividend voucher generation as an extra service to their customers.
