LLM observability today is built for engineers: tokens, latency, traces. Dimies translates raw AI-agent conversations into language product, CX, and leadership teams act on: Topics, resolution rates, out-of-scope demand, security events, and user frustration. It's the layer between eng tooling and business decisions: no dashboards to configure, no conversations to tag manually. Integrate in five minutes and know exactly where your agent wins, fails, and gets attacked.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Dimies is an observability tool for non-developers. Product and CX teams who need to understand what's happening in their product without living inside dev tools. It started as an internal tool for my own team. Dev-oriented observability platforms were too complex and solved the wrong problems for them, so we built something simpler and more focused. When I shared it with friends, they all asked to use it, some even offered to pay or bring their own API key. That's when I knew it was worth launching properly. So I designed a logo, built a landing page, and here it is. I'd love your feedback: what's missing, what needs improvement, and what you'd want it to do next. I'll be here all day answering questions. Thanks for the support 🙏

Who hunted Dimies?

Dimies was hunted by Marcos Do Canto ❁. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
