Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Mahdi here, founder of Demios.
The idea came from watching smart, capable teams lose hours every day to systems that were supposed to help them. I kept seeing the same pattern: a hospital department needs to tweak a workflow, a factory floor needs a new data field and suddenly there's a 3-month IT project, a consultant invoice, and a change management programme just to move a checkbox.
I spent three years as a BI specialist inside large organisations watching this up close. The problem wasn't the people. It was that the software was built to be stable, not adaptable. Every change was an event. Every insight required a data team. Every data entry point was a rigid form that ignored how people actually work.
So I started building Demios in 2023 with one question: what if the system adapted to the team, not the other way around?
The biggest evolution along the way was realising that data entry itself was broken, not just workflows. That's what led us to conversational input: chat, voice, image. And for industries like healthcare where data privacy is everything, local AI and bring-your-own-key weren't features we added later and they became core to the architecture.
We're starting with hospitals and industrial teams because that's where the gap is widest and the stakes are highest. But the platform is built for any organisation tired of paying for rigidity.
