I'm Gabriel, building DecTrack with my co-founder Dominik in Vienna.
We kept running into the same thing: every team has tools for tracking tasks and bugs, but when it comes to decisions, there's nothing. Important calls happen in meetings, get mentioned in chat, and three months later nobody remembers why option A was picked over option B.
DecTrack gives teams a simple flow: describe the decision, lay out options, analyze them (SWOT, Pro/Contra, Weighted Scoring), vote, done. Everything stays in one place.
