Hey everyone! 👋 Super excited to launch Cuppa today. I am Antony one of the co-founders. Cuppa is a shared inbox and ticketing platform built for customer-facing teams. We wanted to make it easier for businesses to manage customer enquiries in a more streamlined, structured way. Live chat can be expensive to maintain — it requires constant staffing and comes with faster response time expectations. Most teams still rely on email, so we designed Cuppa to work with how support actually happens: clear, trackable, and team-friendly. We’ve built in a simple workflow — Triage and Resolve — that helps teams sort, assign, and close conversations efficiently. It’s easy to adopt, even for non-technical teams.
