I built Concier after noticing that the visitors most likely to convert are also the ones who leave silently. They read everything, hover the pricing section, and close the tab without ever clicking the chat widget.
The core idea: instead of waiting for a visitor to initiate, watch their behavior (scroll depth, time on page, exit intent, CTA hovers, referrer) and engage them proactively when the signals are strong enough. Not a generic popup — something contextual to what they just did on the page.
Technical setup: Cloudflare Workers, Supabase, GPT-4o-mini, one script tag embed. Works on any site.
