I built Commly Pro out of personal frustration.

@george_brown9 I can count so many occasions in my long professional career, where I've struggled to decipher intent in emails, or had to craft my own carefully-worded email to convey the correct emotion alongside the content. It takes ages to get these things right, and I'm not challenged with cognitive difficulties (as far as I'm aware). I wish these tools were available during those times - it would have saved me having to open up my inbox in the evenings at home.
