I started building Coachare around a simple idea: the moments when we need coaching most rarely happen during a scheduled coaching session.
Maybe you’re preparing to give difficult feedback, negotiate a raise, handle a challenging employee, or make an important career decision. You want someone to talk it through with, challenge your thinking, and help you approach it with confidence.
That’s what we’re building with Coachare.
Our AI coach lets you practice real conversations with a counterpart that actually pushes back. It helps you reflect, improve your approach, and prepare for what might happen. It also remembers your goals and progress, so every conversation builds on the last.
But I don’t believe AI should replace human coaches. We’re building a platform where AI and experienced coaches work together, with you deciding what gets shared.
