The clipboard manager macOS forgot to build. Every copy instantly recalled with ⌘⇧V. Menu bar app with pinning, search, image support. 7-day free trial
Hey everyone 👋
So I recently switched from Windows to Mac and one thing that instantly irritated me was that macOS doesn’t have clipboard history like Windows does with Win + V.
I’d copy something, overwrite it 2 seconds later, and then lose the previous thing forever.
After doing this hundreds of times, I finally decided to build it for macOS — but with ⌘⇧V.
I wanted it to feel:
* lightweight
* native
* keyboard first
* simple enough to stay out of the way
You can instantly recall previous copies using ⌘⇧V, pin important items, search through history, and even store copied images.
No subscriptions. Just a small one-time purchase after the free trial.
Would genuinely love feedback from fellow Mac users — especially around the UX and things that feel annoying or missing.
That’s how Clipboard History came to life.
Thanks for checking it out :)

Who hunted Clipboard History?
Clipboard History was hunted by Abhinn Vyas.
