Hi everyone, I'm Gjorge. I record short demo videos for the apps I build, and editing them always took longer than recording: zooming in on the button I clicked, cutting the pause where I stopped to think, speeding through the typing.
Capta does that editing for you. Record your screen and it zooms in on clicks, cuts dead air, speeds up typing and burns in captions transcribed on your Mac. You can still adjust every zoom and cut in the editor, then export MP4, GIF or PNG up to 4K.
It's free: no account, no watermark, no subscription, and your recordings never leave your Mac. It needs macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon.
