Canivox OS
The Operating System for Professional Dog Trainers
I built Canivox OS because I was a professional dog trainer who spent too much time juggling spreadsheets, texts, calendars, invoices, and client follow-ups instead of training dogs. I wanted one platform built specifically for dog trainers—combining CRM, scheduling, payments, AI, training plans, and client communication—so trainers can spend less time on admin and more time doing what they love.
Love how the client portal keeps the trainer's branding front and center, it makes the whole experience feel polished and professional for the dog owner without any extra setup.
Honestly the client portal piece feels like the real win here, my clients always want something simple to log sessions and check plans without a bunch of back and forth. Setup was pretty painless too, like within an hour I had my first client moved over.
Love how cleanly the client portal separates session logs from invoicing, makes it so much easier to walk a dog owner through progress without breaking the flow. Clearly built by people who actually know what trainers deal with daily.
