Calorie trackers on the market keep you a strict budget. I wanted an app that gave me more flexibility for occasions where I overeat, while still keeping me accountable for making up the next days to keep on pace with my weight loss goals.
But nothing like that was in the app store—until I decided to make Cal/d (Calories per day).
If you're someone looking to lose or maintain weight, and you have an iPhone, give Cal/d a try. It integrates with Apple Health, so you can use your existing calorie tracker (e.g., Lose It, Cal AI, etc.) and benefit from Cal/d's insights.
