It all runs locally on your device: no upload, no account, no install, 100% free. Your photos never leave your browser
Heya hunters. This software I built for my own use, and now I share it with anyone who stumbles upon it. I take a lot of nature photographs, and the boring work is when I sit down at the computer and have to use multiple tools to color edit, resize, and rename the files..
Now, my itch is scratched with Bulk Photo Editor. Just drag in all the pictures into the browser window the software runs in, adjust the sliders, set a custom size, custom file name, apply to all, then export the batch as a zip file. No registration or downloading is needed, and the images never leave my computer, as everything runs locally in the browser window..
If anyone actually sees this and decides to try it out, let me know how it works out for you, and if you have any suggestions or bugs to point out, thanks
the no upload thing is honestly such a relief, ran a batch of like 200 photos through it and it was way faster than i expected. dialing in one photo and applying to all basically saved me an hour
A batch compression option that lets you set a target file size or quality percentage before the zip download would be a lifesaver for anyone working with tons of high-res images. Maybe even letting me preview the estimated output size as I tweak the slider
the "dial in one, apply to all, fine-tune individually" flow is honestly so smart, that's exactly how i'd want to handle bulk edits without losing per-image control
the "apply to all" feature is honestly so clutch, saved me a ton of time editing a whole folder of product shots
The fact that everything runs locally with no upload is a huge plus for anyone handling client work. Editing a full wedding gallery's exposure in one pass and tweaking a few outliers after was shockingly fast.
The local browser execution is such a smart call, especially for anyone handling client photos or anything sensitive. Love that you can dial in one image as the baseline and refine from there instead of starting from scratch on every file.
honestly the no-upload thing is huge, feels way safer than trusting random sites with personal photos. tweaked brightness on like 80 pics and it actually handled it smoothly in my browser, kind of wild
Love that the dial-in-one-apply-to-all workflow doesn't lock you out of per-image tweaks afterward. Most batch tools force an all-or-nothing choice, and this little detail makes the whole thing actually usable for real shoots.
The privacy angle is huge, having everything run locally with no upload gives real peace of mind when handling client work. Edit adjustments synced across the batch just work as expected.
love that it runs locally, this is exactly how photo tools should work. one thing that would save me a lot of time would be the ability to save my edit presets so i can load them on different batches later instead of re-dialing everything each time.
the local processing thing is genuinely great, edited 200 wedding shots without my laptop breaking a sweat. love that i can tweak one and sync the settings across the rest.
