Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Sienam, founder of Bryckel.
Retail landlords already pay for Claude, but Claude can’t reconcile 40 leases at a shopping center. To answer “what can this vacant space become?” you have to read every exclusive, every use clause and every amendment.
So we built four retail agents that work as an MCP connector inside Claude:
Long Abstract: abstracts each lease with every amendment applied in order. You get Excel with critical dates and unclear terms flagged.
Clause Report: compares one clause across every tenant (CAM, tax, use, relocation, ROFO/ROFR, early termination, options), one row per tenant.
Tenant Mix & Gap Analysis: maps the center’s layout, category mix and blocked uses, and suggests backfill uses for vacant spaces.
Tenant Prospecting: names operators to pitch, with distance to their nearest store and a check against the center’s exclusives.
Each agent reads the one before it, so your prospect list respects every exclusive in every lease.
