👋 Hi Product Hunt!
This is my second launch of Broken Link Checker — I first shared it here about half a year ago, and a lot has happened since then.
Back then it had 500 users. Today it's at **3,000+ users**, all from organic traffic in the Chrome Web Store — no ads, no paid acquisition. People find it, install it, and stick around. The rating is still a clean 5.0.
A big milestone along the way: the extension got **Featured by Google** in the Chrome Web Store, which has been a huge boost for both visibility and trust.
Quick reminder of what it does: Broken Link Checker scans any webpage to find and highlight dead links (404s, redirects, outdated URLs). Results can be exported to CSV. Everything runs locally in your browser — no data ever leaves your machine, nothing is sent to any server.
Since the last launch I've been working on the thing most of you asked for: moving beyond single-page checks toward full-site scanning. That's the next big chapter.
