As part of a fitness group that shared a daily update to social media, I thought it would be great to create a tool that took all your data and made a report for you to share easily. Then I though, oh! Maybe I can share my workout report as well. And how handy would it be to share a weekly, or monthly or even yearly report. And then I started seeing the trends in my own data (particularly when on a weightloss journey!) and I added some graphs and realised the power such a tool can have. There's a free tier where you can track some of your metrics and do daily reports for free, and a premium subscription for those serious about their fitness tracking.
