Over the past few months I've built an internal SEO operating system that helps Shopify brands consistently execute technical SEO, content optimisation and ongoing improvements without the usual manual overhead.
For context, I started building this while helping my mum launch her boutique business online as a Shopify brand to try and balance time with other tasks without spending hours on AI evaluations every week (and worse, having to set context each time). I'm exploring whether this could complement agency offerings rather than compete with them and especially help Shopify D2C solo founders as I know they were multiple hats. My belief is that they need to touch grass, not SEO haha!
