ArenaX is where AI engineers earn their rank. Live 1v1 prompt duels judged by Claude, GPT-5, and Gemini consensus. Climb the ELO leaderboard → get matched with companies who actually trust the score. Built at IIT Bombay, funded by our recruitment work for Pocket FM and others.
Hey PH
Sahil here, founder of ArenaX, building from IIT Bombay.
A confession to start: Resume, assignments, and GitHub have stopped working as a hiring signal. I run recruitment for companies like Pocket FM, Pi42, and Senpi - and every week we see candidates with stunning repos who fold the moment they're on a real problem with another human watching. Cursor and Claude Code made that inevitable. Forensic hiring is dead.
So we built the opposite. ArenaX is a live arena. Two engineers get the same task - write competing prompts and code in real time, and three frontier models (Claude Opus, GPT-5, Gemini 2.5 Pro) score by consensus. You walk away with an ELO rating that updates every duel. The top of the ladder gets routed to hiring teams through our placement engine.
Not pre-revenue: Novare (our parent) is at ₹5L MRR, running recruitment for the companies above (INR 70Lakhs+ in pipeline). That's the cash funding ArenaX. We didn't want to be another deck-stage AI tool.
150+ users from 10 campuses are already in the closed beta. Today, we open it up. Show us your rank.

Who hunted ArenaX?
ArenaX was hunted by Sahil Sheoran. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
