Arclio
Your presentation, its meetings, and what comes next.
Arclio is for the presentations you return to: the design review, the stakeholder update, the next pitch. Keep one deck per project, with meeting summaries and presentation rehearsal built around it. Your work stays on your Mac, so your presentations and notes remain yours. No subscription and no usage limits.
Hi, I’m a design lead who presents to stakeholders weekly and takes daily notes in online meetings or in the room.
I built Arclio because I kept presenting the same project to the same group and losing track of what happened between meetings. We’d end up with version 14 of the deck, a write-up nobody finished, and after three reviews, no one could say when the scope changed or when threads misaligned amid the many topics.
Arclio keeps one deck per project and records each presentation. During the meeting, you can pull up any file or earlier slide when someone asks, then jump back to your plan with one key. Afterwards, a model running on your Mac summarises what was discussed, what was decided, who owns what, and what to prepare next time.
The next session picks up from there, so after a few weeks you can see how the work evolved and why.
A few things I cared about:
Fully local. Recordings, transcripts and summaries stay on your device. No account, no cloud, works offline.
Honest by design. Names are only attached if you typed them, and gaps in a recording show up as gaps instead of invented content. A built-in coach also checks your numbers and quotes against what was actually said before you present.
Hard to miss a meeting. Arclio notices when a call starts and offers to record it. You can also drop in Zoom, Teams or Meet transcripts for sessions you’ve already had.
No subscription and no usage limits.
Bring your decks. Import PDFs and PowerPoints, and export to both.
It’s on Mac (Apple Silicon) now, with a Windows build coming soon. The trial gives you five full sessions, and your work stays yours either way.

Who hunted Arclio?
Arclio was hunted by Donnie Suazo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
