Hi Product Hunt, we are Banua Coder, a small studio from Indonesia, and this is Archipelago.
Our founder spent years building Flutter apps in fintech, at more than 20 million daily active users. On every new project, the first weeks went to the same work: folder structure, dependency injection, routing, flavors, environment files, CI, Fastlane. Feature one started in week three.
Archipelago is that setup, rebuilt once and turned into a CLI.
archipelago create generates a Flutter monorepo with all of that wired. You get a global DI container plus one per feature, and features that register their own routes. Debug and release builds swap dependencies, so debug tools never ship. A devtools/ toolkit in your repo handles flavors, env files and CI checks.
When you need a feature, archipelago generate adds it: auth, onboarding, paywall, analytics, push, a debug panel. Each brick is a versioned Mason template, tested against a reference app. You pick bloc, cubit, riverpod or provider.
What it costs: the CLI and 50 of the 76 bricks are free (3 full projects a month on the free plan). Pro ($79) and Enterprise ($199) are one-time purchases, with a 30-day refund.
What it is not: a no-code builder, or a finished app to reskin. It is plain Flutter code in your repo, and you own it.
