HonestFit helps candidates build career profiles around structured claims, public evidence links, and private evidence controls. Instead of just rewriting a resume, it helps you turn real experience into a profile you can review, support, and share safely with recruiters or hiring teams.
I built HonestFit because resumes feel like lists of unsupported claims.
They say what someone did, what tools they used, and what kind of role they might fit — but they rarely show what supports those claims. At the same time, most AI resume tools only make the wording smoother. They do not solve the trust problem.
HonestFit is my attempt to build a more defensible career profile: structured claims, public evidence links where appropriate, private evidence controls, and candidate-approved public sharing.
This is still early, but the goal is simple: help candidates tell the truth about their work in a way that is clearer, more useful, and easier to review than a resume alone.
I’d love feedback, especially from candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and anyone working on hiring workflows.
