I cannot easily be proud of something I create. I always find something to complain about.
I had this idea for a BI tool for 2 years. Asked for funding. Tried to find a co-founder. Nothing worked. But the idea never left.
I'm a hardcore data guy. 10 years in. I've written DAX in Power BI, LookML in Looker, built visualisations in Tableau. I loved the depth and hated the complexity that came with it for no good reason.
But I also hated the other side. The "just connect and you're done" tools that look great in a demo and fall apart the moment you need something real. Toys. Expensive toys.
So I built something in between. If a marketing guy with zero data experience wants to build a dashboard, he can. If a 10 year data analyst wants to go deep without hitting artificial walls, he can do that too. No restrictions. No dumbing down.
8 months of trial and error later I built something I actually use myself. Every day. Without looking back at anything else.
I wouldn't recommend something I don't use. So here it is.
This is the first time I can genuinely say I am proud of what came out.
Still improving. More connections, better functionality, simpler without becoming meaningless. But the core is real.
If something is broken, tell me. If something is missing, tell me. If you would pay for a feature that does not exist yet, definitely tell me.
That is the roadmap right now.
