Hey everyone 👋
I built AI Photo Vault because I kept running into the same problem: our phones hold a lot of truly personal content, but the default gallery apps aren’t designed for real privacy. Whether it’s sensitive documents, private photos, or just things you don’t want popping up unexpectedly, there wasn’t a simple, reliable way to keep them सुरक्षित without overcomplicating things.
So I set out to create a clean, fast, and genuinely private vault experience.
The initial idea was just a basic “hide photos” app, but during development it evolved into something more complete:
A calculator disguise so the app blends in naturally
Decoy passcode & break-in alerts for real-world situations
A private camera so content never leaks to the main gallery
And most importantly, 100% local storage — no cloud, no tracking
One of the biggest challenges was balancing strong security with simplicity. Many apps are either too basic or too complicated. I focused on making something that feels like a normal gallery app—but with powerful privacy underneath.
This is just the beginning. I’m actively improving performance, adding smarter organization, and exploring AI-based features for better media management (without compromising privacy).
