Wolia
Track good and bad habits in two taps on Apple Watch
Most habit apps punish you for one bad day. Wolia doesn't. Set weekly goals for good habits and weekly limits for bad ones — smoking, vaping, drinks, water, workouts — and log each one from your Apple Watch in 1–2 taps. Cut down gradually, not all at once.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Max, the solo maker of Wolia.
It started with two very ordinary goals: drink less and spend more time on my exercise bike. Nothing extreme, no "never again" — just a bit less of one and a bit more of the other.
Every habit tracker I tried was built around streaks. That works for "ride every day", but it falls apart for "drink less". One dinner with friends and your streak is gone, and your motivation goes with it. What I actually wanted to see was simpler: 6 drinks this week instead of 9, 3 rides instead of 1.
So I built Wolia around three ideas:
⌚ Watch-first. Logging takes 1–2 taps on your wrist. No phone, no menus. Straight from Atomic Habits: if it isn't easy, you won't do it.
📉 Limits for bad habits. Set a weekly limit for drinks, cigarettes or vapes, and lower it over time.
📈 Goals for good ones. Workouts, water, early nights get a weekly target you build up to.
At the start of each week, Wolia shows how the last one went and lets you set new numbers. No guilt, just the next step.
Fun fact: the name comes from "volya", a Slavic word that means both willpower and freedom. That's the whole point.
Wolia is free on the App Store. I'd love your honest feedback:
– Which habit would you track first?
– What's missing for you?
Thank you!
