I founded Witaro after seeing the same problems repeatedly throughout my career working across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and operational environments. As an Azure-certified Solutions Architect, I saw how difficult it could be to find the right people, understand who owned critical systems, and access reliable knowledge when it mattered most. I kept seeing the same challenges: - Ownership across systems was unclear or undocumented. - Documentation became outdated and unreliable. - Copilot and AI tools lacked the structured knowledge needed to provide useful answers. - New staff struggled to find the right experts to learn from. - Service desks lacked visibility into who to contact for escalations. - Critical tools depended on the knowledge of a single person. I started building Witaro to help solve these problems by connecting people to the assets, services, and expertise they look after. My vision is simple: **make it easier for organisations to know who looks after what, find the right expertise, and turn scattered knowledge into something everyone can use.** I'm excited to share Witaro with the Product Hunt community and would love to hear your feedback! Become a Witaro Early Access Partner We're offering a select number of organisations a Free Four-Month Trial with access to all Witaro features. We're looking to work closely with real businesses that want to improve how they manage organisational knowledge, identify ownership gaps and help employees find the right expertise when they need it. As an early access partner, you'll have the opportunity to use Witaro in your own environment, explore its value against real business challenges, and help shape the product's future. In return, we'd ask for honest feedback, regular discussions about your experience, and input on what's working, what's missing and what would make Witaro more valuable to your organisation. Our goal is to understand where Witaro delivers the greatest value, uncover gaps we may have overlooked, and build a product that solves real customer problems. You won't just be testing a product; you'll help influence what it becomes. If you're interested in participating, we'd love to hear from you. Please reach out via email mentioning Product Hunt.
