Vytality Fitness

Strength training for 40+ — weekly goals, not daily streaks

Strength training built on a weekly budget instead of a daily streak — miss a day and the week still counts. An AI coach plans each session around your equipment, your injuries and how the last one felt. Built for people over 40. Free while we are in beta.

Hi Product Hunt — I built Vytality for people over 40 who train, and who kept being handed apps designed around streaks.

The whole product turns on one idea: a weekly budget, not a daily streak. You get a budget for weights, cardio and protein, and you meet it across the week however you like. Miss a Tuesday and the week still counts — it re-budgets what is left. Nothing in the app punishes a missed day, because punishing missed days is what makes people quit in week three.

Underneath it, a coach plans each session around the equipment you actually have, the injuries you have told it about, and how your last session felt. If what comes back does not cover what the day was for, the app refuses it and falls back to a template rather than hand you a legs session on a full body day.

It is a PWA, so it installs to your home screen with no app store in the way.

If you would rather watch than read: the 60-second trailer is at https://youtu.be/H0e5jYWUVJU, and the video in the gallery walks through how it actually works.

Free while we are in beta — and there is a reason to start this week. A six-week Holiday Challenge runs from 2 November to 13 December: every weekly budget you meet is an entry into a draw, and one winner takes either lifetime access or three personal training sessions, their choice. No purchase necessary. Entry is open to Canada and the US, 18+, excluding Quebec — full rules at vytalityfitness.com/challenge.

I would genuinely like to hear where it is wrong, especially from anyone over 40 who trains. The last six things a beta tester reported all shipped the same day.

Vytality Fitness was hunted by Arun Kumar. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
