I built Virtus Lever because I kept confusing emails with work. I'd answer everything that came in, and at 6 pm the one action that mattered hadn't moved.
An email isn't a task. What it asks you to do is. So Lever doesn't try to make you faster at email: it reads your emails and notes, pulls out the actions hidden in them, and its Domino algorithm picks the single highest-leverage one, the action that unblocks the rest.
Around that:
• an Eisenhower matrix of everything extracted, so you see what's urgent vs. what matters
• auto-scheduling, so the priority gets a slot in your calendar
• follow-up tracking, so nothing you're waiting on gets lost
• a personal assistant that answers from your own emails, documents and contact graph (personal RAG)
You keep Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP inbox. Access is read-only, data is hosted in the EU and a DPA is available. There's an Android app; iPhone is coming.
