I built VideoTextRemover because removing burned-in subtitles usually meant blurring them, cropping the frame, or installing a Python project and finding a GPU. I wanted something that simply works in the browser.
How it works: upload an MP4 or MOV, draw a box over the text (or let it find subtitles or all on-screen text by itself), pick the part you need, and download a clean video at the same resolution, up to 1080p, with no watermark.
Where it shines: talking-head videos, product ads, review clips and film subtitles, where the text is small and the background is steady. Where it struggles: big text over busy, fast-moving scenes. I'd rather say that up front.
You get 30 free seconds every month to try it (in supported countries), and after that you pay per second, only for the part you process.
