Vesper
Turn Jira data into priorities, risks and next steps
Vesper turns Jira data into ranked priorities, risks and next steps. It traces cross-team blocker chains and gives developers, product owners and leaders role-specific views built from the same facts. Every number links to its Jira evidence, with copy-ready escalations and Excel exports. It flags stale data and low confidence. No LLM is involved: processing stays within Atlassian Forge and respects each user’s Jira permissions.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Abhay, the founder and solo developer behind Vesper.
Working with Jira, I’ve found that having all the tickets doesn’t always give you a clear picture of delivery. You still have to move between boards, trace dependencies and read comment threads to understand what needs attention.
I built Vesper to make those answers easier to find: what’s blocked, who’s waiting, and what needs to happen next.
The central design choice is one shared set of facts, presented for different roles. Managers see ranked cross-team blockers, product owners see pending decisions, and developers see their work, mentions and who’s waiting on them. Daily Standup, Agile and Release views bring that context into everyday conversations.
Every number opens to the Jira issues behind it. Vesper also flags stale evidence and low confidence, so you can judge how much to trust the picture. It uses no LLM, keeps processing within Atlassian Forge and respects your existing Jira permissions.
Vesper is now available on Atlassian Marketplace.
I’d love to hear from people who use Jira: what’s the hardest thing to spot across your teams today?
