Vennio

programmable scheduling for developers and AI agents

Vennio is scheduling infrastructure for developers and AI agents — the API is the product. A REST API plus an MCP server with 24 tools. Your app or agent can find availability, propose meetings, book time, and handle consent without anyone touching a calendar manually. Connect Vennio to Claude, GPT, or any MCP-compatible agent and it schedules on behalf of users in real time. Mutual scheduling, consent-scoped access, full webhook support. Not Calendly with an API bolted on.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Matty, founder of Vennio. Most scheduling tools are designed for humans clicking buttons in a UI. Vennio is built for the opposite — code calling an API, or an AI agent calling MCP tools. The API is the product; the dashboard is optional. What we ship today: - REST API for the full booking lifecycle (availability, propose, book, cancel, consent, webhooks) - MCP server with 24 tools — drop it into Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible agent and it schedules on behalf of users - Mutual scheduling — find when 2-5 people are all free without the back-and-forth - Consent-scoped availability — your code can only see calendars the person has opted in to I built this because every scheduling tool I tried treated "API" as an afterthought, and none of them worked properly with AI agents. If your app or agent needs to schedule meetings autonomously, this is for you. Docs: https://docs.vennio.app MCP integration guide: https://docs.vennio.app/mcp Would love your feedback — especially from anyone building agents or AI-powered apps. What's the most painful scheduling problem you're trying to solve? — Matty
