I kept hitting the same problem on every trade idea: terminal for scripts, a notebook for the backtest, three tabs for news and filings — and then I’d lose the thread halfway through.
So we built ti: you describe what you want in plain English, and it plans the steps, calls the right tools, and shows its work — all in the terminal. It’s built on the pi agent core, so it’s genuinely agentic: multi-step reasoning plus real tool use, focused on markets instead of code.
The demo takes “what about Oracle?” and turns it into a portfolio-aware options collar for Monday across 8 turns — researching the IPO timeline, weighing the worst case, and adapting the hedge to the rest of the portfolio: https://tradeinsight.info/ti-age...
A few boundaries: ti never places orders — it analyzes and advises, you act. Quotes are exchange-delayed (~15 min US), so it’s built for analysis and swing/positional decisions, not intraday execution. Option chains, greeks, and futures curves are on the roadmap.
