The Helm is a command center for senior leaders navigating a career move. Research companies, evaluate opportunities, tailor your materials, identify decision-makers, and organize networking in one connected workspace. Built for directors, VPs, and C-suite professionals who are tired of juggling tabs, spreadsheets, recruiter emails, and scattered notes and want a clearer, more strategic path to their next role.
I built The Helm because I was spending too much of my job search customizing resumes, researching companies, and deciding whether to apply, when I should have been networking.
The first version was a Make.com automation focused on resume customization. As a group of beta testers used it and suggested improvements, I realized the bigger problem was not writing another tailored resume. It was managing the entire search.
Senior leaders need to become more discoverable on LinkedIn, understand how their experience is positioned in the marketplace, evaluate opportunities more strategically, and connect with the right people outside the ATS.
That insight shaped The Helm’s LinkedIn 360 assessment, opportunity analysis, requirement-trend tracking, and networking discovery features. The product has evolved through continuous feedback, especially around making LinkedIn visibility and relationship-building part of one connected workflow.
The Helm is for senior leaders who want to spend less time managing job-search tasks and more time building the relationships that lead to the right opportunity.
