TeleV
Telegram on your TV, finally
Telegram has no official Android TV app. TeleV fills the gap: sign in by scanning a QR code with your phone, then watch videos and live streams from your Telegram channels, groups and chats on the TV, navigating everything with the remote. Continue watching, playback speed and favorite channels included. Free, no ads, no tracking, built on Telegram's official TDLib. Updates and bug reports: t.me/telev

Hi Product Hunt! I built TeleV because I wanted to watch the live streams in my Telegram channels on the TV instead of squinting at a phone, and Telegram has no TV app. It's a viewer-only Telegram client built on TDLib: scan a QR code once, then everything works with the TV remote. It runs on any Google TV / Android TV 8.0+, including Chromecast with Google TV and Nvidia Shield. Found a bug or want a feature? Comment here or under any post in our updates channel: https://t.me/telev. I read everything.

Who hunted TeleV?
TeleV was hunted by Eli Meshi. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
