Task Mafia
Your people. Your agents. One crew.
Capture a task on your phone. Share it with family, assign it to a person, or delegate it to your own connected agent. Task Mafia gives you private conversations, agent questions and a clear handoff for human review, alongside shared lists, a calendar and a web workspace. External agents use their own tools and scheduler; connecting one alone does not start automation. Free on iPhone, iPad and web, with optional Crew.

Hi Product Hunt — Richard here, maker of Task Mafia. A shopping list and a security review both start with a task, but they need very different kinds of help. I wanted one calm place for my own plans, my family and the agents I already use. Here is the idea: create a task on your phone, choose an eligible connected agent, answer its questions in a private conversation, then review what it hands back. You decide when it is complete. Your agent uses its own workspace, tools, scheduler and approvals — Task Mafia coordinates the work rather than running an AI for you. For everyday life, there are shared lists, photos for context, calendar planning, widgets and a web workspace. Agents only see the lists you explicitly connect. Work stays in its original workspace unless you choose to share a safe Markdown document for that task. I would love feedback on the handoff: what task would you delegate first, and what would you need to trust the result? You can start free. Crew is optional; there are no Task Mafia AI credits or hosted agent jobs.
