TableFlow

Find tables faster and manage orders with less confusion

TableFlow is a free prototype inspired by my experience working in hotel food service. Finding the right table among nearly 100 tables and recording orders on paper was challenging. I built TableFlow to make that process simpler. Create custom floor plans, search for tables, manage menus, record orders with staff names, and track kitchen status. Supports English and Japanese. Currently a single-browser demo using local storage. Multi-device syncing is not yet available.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm an indie developer from Japan, and today I'm excited to introduce TableFlow! The idea came from my experience working in hotel food service. At one hotel, there were nearly 100 tables, and I had to remember where they were while taking orders and writing down table numbers and menu items on paper. As someone new to the workplace, I sometimes mixed up table numbers or orders. That made me think: What if I could see the actual floor layout on my phone, tap a table, and record an order directly? That's why I created TableFlow. With TableFlow, you can: - Design your own restaurant floor plan - Find tables by number - Customize menus and record orders - Track orders and their status - Record which staff member took an order - Add allergy and other important notes This is my first public prototype of TableFlow. It's completely free to try, and your data stays in your browser. Real-time syncing between devices isn't available yet. My goal is to make work easier for new restaurant and hotel staff. I'd love to hear your thoughts! **If you've worked in a restaurant or hotel, what feature would make your job easier?** I'm also open to collaborating with restaurant owners, hospitality businesses, and potential partners who see value in this idea. If you're interested in helping develop TableFlow into a practical solution for real-world operations, I'd love to connect! Thank you for checking it out! 🙌
