✍️ I created Sunday out of necessity during my aviation college days, where mental health often took a back seat due to stringent health requirements for pilots. When COVID forced a career shift, I started prioritizing self-care, mindfulness, and even sought medication for my ADHD and anxiety.
🚀 This journey led me to search for a platform to vent, discuss emotions, and journal about my day, but existing options fell short. Thus, Sunday was born, a secure journaling app with mood tracking that embraces all emotions, good and bad. We prioritize user privacy and encrypt data, and we intend to make this app the best it can be!
✨ While we offer a subscription for extra features, the core app remains free. As a one-person team, I learned UI/UX design and outsourced help where needed.
