Hello everyone, 20 days back, I launched Sttabot's gamma access, expecting to onboard 20-25 users for the initial testing. To my surprise, over 1700+ guys and firms across the globe joined us, forcing me to scale the MVP that I had built.
With limited resources, we were forced to keep people on waitlist but have steadily given access of the platform to 500+ users so far.
With CSAT, we are trying to give our tool's access to the public without any restriction.
The core ideology of why we built Sttabot CSAT in the first place was that many people are trying to utilize AI with their existing businesses and the biggest use case was customer support & success.
So we worked hard to create a stable version of a dedicated Sttabot alteration that connects with your database or documentation in real-time and builds an intuitive AI assistant over it.
The best part is that you don't need to put long hours on training your bot, it's just a plug-and-play thing. Also, it updates in real time. This means, if you update your database or add new things, changes are instantly visible on the AI assistant too.
