Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Adam from Vivid, based in Bahrain.
We kept seeing the same thing with businesses here: they had years of customer data sitting in booking systems and chat histories, and they were still messaging everyone the same thing at the same time. Broadcasts got ignored, and customers who were ready to come back slipped away because nobody reached them at the right moment.
So we built Sonar around one question: who should we talk to today, and what should we say? Sonar learns from a business's own data, predicts which customers are about to buy, rebook or go quiet, and recommends the moment and the message. Every recommendation can then be acted on through the business's own channels, the places their customers already respond. We're an official Meta Tech Provider, so it runs on Meta's business platforms.
Clinics and salons in Bahrain already run on Sonar, and we're now operating across multiple sectors in the region, including automotive and retail. The biggest lesson so far: timing beats volume almost every time.
