SignToSee
An organized way of sharing documents with clients/prospects
Most tools for sharing work with an NDA step are priced per seat for teams. SignToSee is built for one person. Every link carries your name, and every open is confirmed with a one-time code sent to their inbox, even on the free plan. Your work is grouped per client. When a piece needs it, the client accepts your NDA before the file opens, and both sides get the signed PDF. Files are encrypted in your browser and hosted in the EU. Branding from €4.99/mo, NDA from €14.99/m, billed yearly. EU only.
I’m Elias, and together with Jorian (friends since primary school, now both students in Belgium) we built SignToSee.
It started with something we kept seeing: freelancers sending serious work as a bare Drive link and just hoping for the best. The tools that do it properly exist, but they’re priced for teams with a legal department. Not for one person sending a proposal on a Tuesday night.
So we built the version we wanted:
your name and logo on the link, not ours
the client confirms their email with a code, so you know who actually opened it
all your links grouped per client
and for the pieces that really matter, an NDA they accept before the file opens
Files are encrypted in your browser, so we can’t see what you share. Everything’s hosted in the EU.
What it doesn’t do: no page-by-page tracking of your client, no data rooms, no team seats. That’s on purpose, it’s built for one person or a small studio/team.
We’d genuinely love your honest take! Especially if you freelance: what’s the most awkward part of sending work to a client before the deal is signed?
Jorian and I will be here answering everything 🙂

Who hunted SignToSee?
SignToSee was hunted by Elias Penserini. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
