Sharp
Make the competition look ordinary. ~27s per custom resume.
The Job Market is brutal. Every job wants something different from you. Rewriting your resume for every application takes time, and AI can invent achievements you never had. Sharp picks your strongest experience for each job and creates a custom resume in ~27 seconds. No invented achievements. Only approved career evidence. Your choices stay across new resumes. Edit without rerunning AI. Generate in parallel (8+/minute) Want one page? It stays one page, without wasting space. >96% page fill.
hello product hunt! 👋 we are awesome. all of us. but this job market is definitely not making me feel that way.
i'm job hunting myself. customizing resumes manually was a huge time sucker, so i switched to ai. it helped, but i kept running into the same problems: - ai would sometimes add skills or achievements i never had. I am not comfortable with that AT ALL. - i'd finally get a good one-page resume, then one small change would mess up the layout or push it to two pages. (will go crazy for a second there) - i'd tell it to keep certain achievements, exclude some projects, use specific formatting. next resume? repeat everything (skills are not rules. ai forgets) - sometimes i just wanted to change the spacing or font, and it would change the actual content too. - i was spending so much time checking what ai did that it started defeating the whole purpose of using ai.
the thing is, claude code and codex are already pretty capable. i didn't need another ai. just something that would make sure my existing ai actually followed my choices.
so i built sharp. wanted to stop worrying about all these little things every single time i applied for a job.
it's free and open source. i hope it saves someone else the same frustration. for those of you job hunting right now, how's it going? what's been the most annoying part for you?

Who hunted Sharp?
Sharp was hunted by Siddhanth Ramani. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
