SepiaLab
Turn one product photo into UGC video ads you can test
SepiaLab turns a product photo and a short brief into a series of ready-to-post UGC video ads, each built on a different hook. The full pipeline runs end to end: script, voiceover, b-roll, captions, edited 9:16 video. Built for creative testing: generate a batch, keep the winner, go deeper in that direction. Pay as you go, no subscription, no filming.
Hey Product Hunt! I'm Jonathan, solo founder of SepiaLab (Montreal).
I built this because creative testing is broken for small DTC brands. Testing 10 ad angles means hiring creators, shipping products, waiting weeks, and paying hundreds per video. Most small brands just don't test. They run one ad and pray.
SepiaLab flips that: upload a product photo, describe your product, and you get a series of UGC-style video ads, each one built on a different hook. Script, voiceover, b-roll, captions, edited 9:16, the whole pipeline runs end to end. You test the batch, keep the winner, generate more in that direction.
Two things I decided early: pay as you go (no subscription, you pay when you test) and no actor marketplace to manage.
I'd love brutally honest feedback on two points: the realism of the videos (watch one with sound on) and the pricing model. If you run ads for a DTC brand, tell me what would stop you from using this tomorrow.

Who hunted SepiaLab?
SepiaLab was hunted by Jonathan Tapiero. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
