Secret Folder
Like Samsung Secure Folder, plus Telegram built in
A private vault for Android. Different passwords open different content. Keep photos, videos, voice recordings andtxt notes, shoot straight into the vault, and use Telegram built in. No ads, no backdoor, no data collection. $13.99 lifetime.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Jeff, the solo developer behind Oscar Studio.
I built Secret Folder because I wanted something like Samsung Secure Folder that works on any Android phone, with Telegram built right in. Different passwords open different content: one opens a normal folder, another opens your private files.
A few things I cared about:
• Telegram inside the app. Log in once and you're set. On your first login, the 5-digit code goes to another device where you're already signed in to Telegram.
• Everything you keep (photos, videos, voice recordings, screenshots, .txt notes) stays inside Secret Folder unless you choose to export it. Photos and videos you take in the app never touch your phone's gallery.
• A built-in browser, plus a custom app name and icon so it looks like an ordinary app.
• No ads, no master key, no backdoor. Only the passwords you set, and I don't collect your data.
• Scanned clean on VirusTotal: 0/67. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/f...
It runs on Android 10–16 and costs $13.99 for a lifetime license, no subscription. More here: https://github.com/oscarstudio-o...
I'd love your honest feedback, and I'll be here answering questions all day!
