Scantivo is a free PDF scanner for iPhone, iPad and Android. Save up to 15 PDFs per month for free. Optional extra tools are available with Scantivo Unlimited, a one-time purchase with no subscription. Its continuous Multi-PDF workflow creates separate PDFs one after another in the same camera session, without returning to the library or restarting the scanner between documents. Scan automatically or manually. On-device OCR helps name PDFs, and search by name is free. The optional trial and Scantivo Unlimited add content search and tools to add, rotate, reorder, extract and label pages. Recognised text does not become editable document text. Scantivo Pulse alerts you to revisions published through Scantivo in compatible folders: iCloud Drive between Apple devices, or Google Drive between Android devices. It requires a connection and does not provide simultaneous editing or revision tracking between Apple and Android. On your device, Scantivo Smart Upload prepares a smaller copy of an eligible PDF scanned with Scantivo and stored in My Library. It preserves the original; size reduction and acceptance by the destination website are not guaranteed. Free use and the trial share one successful reduction per calendar month; Scantivo Unlimited removes this quota. Scanning, OCR, page tools and search work offline. Connected services require internet access. No Scantivo account is required; the app has no advertising or ad tracking. The optional 14-day trial has no automatic purchase, retains the monthly PDF limit and includes three Photo pages in total. Who hunted Scantivo?
Scantivo was hunted by Alicia. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
