Hi Product Hunt I’m Fabio, the maker of Salute Con Me.
I started building it after seeing how quickly a family’s health information becomes fragmented: reports in different portals, medicine details in messages, appointments in calendars, and important context carried from memory. I wanted one calm place where a person can stay organised, help a family member when invited, and share only the necessary information with a doctor for a limited time.
Salute Con Me is a real private pre-release beta. It includes medical-report organisation, medicines, appointments, allergies, vaccinations, reminders, caregiver roles, and time-limited doctor access. It supports preparation and coordination; it does not diagnose or replace a healthcare professional.
Built with OpenAI Codex · GPT-5.6 Sol · Ultra reasoning. For this OpenAI Day sprint, I used it as an engineering and product collaborator: auditing the codebase, hardening dependencies, reviewing UI/UX and the end-to-end customer journey, refactoring critical flows, and building the complete English experience. For transparency, the health-document AI currently running inside the product remains Gemini 2.5 on Vertex AI; I am not presenting it as an OpenAI production integration.
